Originally from Kansas, I moved to Texas to pursue my career as a therapist. Amarillo has been my home since 2019. With over eight years of experience in counseling, I have helped many clients from all walks of life heal from life's challenges and move toward the life they want.  Prior to opening Solara, I worked at the Amarillo VA with veterans, service members, and their spouses for almost four years.

I believe that every person holds the capacity to heal. None of us make it through life without pain, and sometimes it takes compassion—both from ourselves and others—to move forward. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside my clients, offering support, insight, and tools as they work toward their goals and the life they want for themselves.​ My therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based approaches to best serve my clients in achieving wellness. At this time, I am the only registered Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist in Amarillo.

My client base is limited to adults (18+) in the state of Texas. I offer both in-office and teletherapy sessions.
